WHAT IS AVON BEAUTY ADVISOR PROGRAMME

Avon Beauty Advisor Programme is an avenue for passionate Avon dealers to learn everything about Avon Skincare.
 
It is supported by intensive Beauty Advisor training phases that gradually and systematically build the Skincare related expertise, knowledge and skills, so that Beauty Advisors can grow their customer base, and enhance Sales and Earnings.

By attending the Beauty Advisor Programme trainings, Beauty Advisors :

• will gain knowledge on Skin type, Skincare products, selling skills and the correct skin care techniques

• will then be able to develop your own independent Skincare business and have the opportunity to earn a lucrative and compelling extra income

• will enhance your customer’s loyalty, confidence and trust in Skincare and you

Avon dealer has to register through Zone Manager to become a Beauty Advisor by filling in the registration form and pay a minimal registration fee.

Beauty Advisor will receive a Phase 1 self study Starter Kit.

There will be Phase-2 and 3 trainings, with a minimum fee, where Beauty Advisors will experience a live and hands-on intermediate Skincare training sessions, as well as receive a demo kit to start your own Skincare consultation business.
